Welcome to Samak ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Samak mobile application and any related services provided by Samak. By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About Samak

Samak is a specialized digital platform that connects Aqua Engineers, Veterinarians, Farmers, and aquaculture enthusiasts in Egypt. The App facilitates knowledge sharing, professional networking, consultation requests, and access to a curated library of aquaculture resources.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Samak.
• By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Aqua Engineers must complete identity and professional verification as required by Samak administrators before accessing professional features.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.
• Samak reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Roles and Verification

Samak supports four user roles:

Role	Description
Guest	Browse basic content without full access
Farmer	Post questions, interact with professionals
Veterinarian	Offer advice, join professional discussions
Aqua Engineer	Full professional profile; subject to admin verification

Aqua Engineers must be verified by a Samak administrator before accessing all professional features. Samak reserves the right to approve or reject verification requests at its discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

By using Samak, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Impersonate any person, professional credential, or entity.
• Share content that is offensive, defamatory, hateful, or violates Egyptian law.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App or its infrastructure.
• Use the platform for unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
• Violate the intellectual property rights of Samak or any third party.

6. Professional Advice Disclaimer

Content shared by Aqua Engineers, Veterinarians, and other professionals on Samak is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a formal professional opinion or licensed advice. Samak does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-generated content. Always consult a licensed professional for critical decisions regarding aquaculture or animal health.

7. Intellectual Property

• All proprietary content, logos, designs, and software of Samak are the exclusive property of Samak and are protected under applicable Egyptian and international intellectual property laws.
• User-generated content remains the property of its creator. By posting content, you grant Samak a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the App.

Your use of Samak is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.

9. Termination

Samak reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Samak, its users, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
